Two ways to reach us
Phone us Monday through Saturday, or fill in the three-step booking form whenever it suits you. Either way, a person reads your request and calls back to set the visit.

Calling us
Call (425) 287-5458 any day from Monday through Saturday. Morning calls are the likeliest to get a same-day visit, because the day's route is still taking shape. Tell us the appliance, what it's doing, and your town or ZIP code; if you can find the model number, read it to us and we'll check parts before heading out. We're closed on Sunday.
Online, in three steps
The booking form walks through three short screens:
- Appliance: pick which one, then add your ZIP code and the day and time of day that suit you.
- Problem: describe what's happening in a sentence or two, and type the make and model if you have them.
- Contact: your name, phone number and service address, plus boxes for the seniors, veterans and military savings and for adding a second appliance.
Sending the form doesn't lock in a time. We call you back to confirm the visit.
Where the model number hides
- Refrigerator: a label inside the fresh-food compartment, along a side wall or up near the light.
- Washer: under the lid on top-loaders; on the rim around the door on front-loaders.
- Dryer: just inside the door opening; a few models put it on the rear.
- Range or wall oven: pull out the bottom drawer and look along the frame, or open the oven and check the edges.
- Dishwasher: on the side or top edge of the door, visible when it's open.
An error code on the display helps as well. Read both to us on the phone or type them in the booking form.
Gas smell? Leave first
Don't stop to call us. Get everyone outside, leave light switches and appliances alone, and phone PSE or 911 from outside the house. Once the gas utility has made things safe, we can work out whether the range or dryer was the source and repair it.
Common questions
What if I reach you after the morning?
Call anyway, or send the form. Afternoon requests sometimes still fit into the same day, depending on how the route is shaping up; otherwise we offer the next opening, Monday through Saturday. If you book online on a Sunday, the request waits for us and we phone you back when we reopen.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
You, or someone who can let the technician in and make a decision on the estimate. If a tenant, relative or neighbor is meeting us, tell us their name when you book, and keep your phone nearby so we can go over the estimate with you before a single screw comes out.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Clear a path to the appliance and some floor space in front of it. For a washer or dishwasher still holding water, keep towels nearby. If a fridge is warm, move what you can into coolers or another freezer. Make a note of anything you've already tried, such as resetting the breaker, so we don't repeat it.
What happens to the details I type into the form?
The form sends your request through a form-processing service to our inbox, and we use what you enter only to schedule and complete the visit. We never sell it. The privacy policy explains exactly what's collected and how to have it deleted by calling us.
Something not working?
Pick whichever is easier: call (425) 287-5458, or book online and we'll ring you back. The $95 diagnostic is credited to the repair when you approve it, and seniors 65+, veterans and military households get up to $18 off.
